Healing Shouldn’t Be Hard to Reach
At Rising Phoenix Breathwork, we travel between trusted wellness centers in the Southland and the Northland. We cross state lines, move between Lee’s Summit, Kansas City, and Overland Park, and pop up in different spaces throughout the metro.
We do this because your healing shouldn’t be limited by geography.
Whether you're tucked into the suburbs, surrounded by city noise, or somewhere in between, you deserve access to this powerful work, without adding more stress to your life just to get to it.

Each location is intentionally chosen to feel like a soft place to land.
Instead of being limited to serving people in one part of town, our team of facilitators can serve people throughout Kansas City. From Blue Springs, to Shawnee. From Grandview to Gladstone. Raytown, Lenexa, Olathe and Liberty, we are here for you. One of the team at Rising Phoenix Breathwork will be there to support you as you develop a deep meditation using breathwork. Stephanie Zamora, Justin Schilling and Heather Marecek are willing to travel all over Kansas City!

We know the power of breathwork. We’ve seen it melt armor, release lifetimes of tension, and bring people home to themselves.
But we’ve also seen people almost say yes—until they realize the session is on the other side of the city.
So we changed the model.
We travel to reduce the barriers.
We partner with spaces that feel like home.
We reach more people—and meet them where they already are.
We’re not a traveling circus. We’re a moving portal. And the people who step into it are transformed.
One day we will have our own home base, but we will always strive to reach out into the community where the need is.
