When I first started breathwork, I was just looking for a way to manage stress and maybe sleep a little better. I didn’t expect it to change my entire day-to-day experience. Within the first week of practicing daily, I noticed myself reacting differently—I wasn’t as quick to snap at little things. I could pause, breathe, and respond with more patience and clarity. My mind felt calmer, and I was able to focus on tasks without constantly getting distracted.
