Anger doesn’t disappear when you bury it. It coils in your body, tightening your chest, clenching your jaw, burning holes in your stomach. It seeps into your relationships, your choices, your ability to feel joy. When you block anger, you block every other emotion waiting to be felt.
This class is your permission to let it out. To stomp. To scream. To pound the ground and shake your body until the weight breaks loose. With activating breath patterns and powerful somatic release, we’ll crack open the places rage has been trapped and let it move.

Space is limited to 6 participants for safety. Bring a journal, a pillow, a blanket, and a willingness to roar.
