No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, a yoga mat, and an open mind. Registration is required as space is limited. Please consult with your doctor before doing breathwork if you have any of the following conditions. Pregnancy, have a history of seizures, brain aneurysms, torn retina, glaucoma, untreated high blood pressure, heart disease or are recovering from surgery. If you have extreme PTSD, please consult with your therapist before attending breathwork.
