More Than Just Another Breathwork App

When I first started Rising Phoenix Breathwork, my goal was peace.

I hoped to help people feel more of what I did when I did breathwork—regulated and peaceful inside. I had experienced deep healing and I hoped that others could experience the same. That was it.

Host regular group sessions and maybe do some workshops. I didn’t set out to build a team, create an app or build a membership. I just wanted to help you breathe easier, heal deeper, and feel more at peace. Build internal peace with the idea it would reflect outward in our country and throughout the world.

As my work grew and changed, clients began reaching out between sessions. They wanted support on the hard days, tools they could use at home, and a way to keep the progress going. So I began recording breathwork tracks for friends and clients. Sending them over Messenger or on Zoom.

The response was incredible—people told me I should be sharing them more widely. But there are dozens of breathwork apps already out there, I dismissed it. You didn’t need another app. Then I added the Breathwork Mastery Series and people started doing daily breathwork and the transformation accelerated…fast!

And that’s when it clicked. I had to duplicate the magic we were seeing the in the Mastery Series and make it accessible for EVERYONE.

You needed tools, support, accountability, and connection—not just tracks to play on your phone.

The Rising Phoenix Breathwork Community was born.

What I built for you isn’t just another app. It’s a living, breathing membership designed to support your healing journey in three powerful ways:

  1. Daily Breathwork Tools for Your Nervous System

Access the Nervous System Regulation Toolkit anytime you need it. Inside you’ll find on-demand breathwork tracks, somatic practices, and guided techniques that help calm stress, shift anxiety, and restore balance—practical tools you can use every single day.

2.Community That Gets You

Healing isn’t something we’re meant to do alone. As part of this membership, you’ll join a private, supportive group where you can connect with others on the same journey. This community creates accountability, encouragement, and connection—the missing pieces that make breathwork a sustainable practice.

3. Support for Real Transformation

Breathwork in Kansas City has always been about more than just classes—it’s about creating real change in people’s lives. With the membership, you’ll also have regular opportunities for live breathwork sessions and deeper practices. You choose the pace—add one class a month, two, four, or unlimited—to match how quickly you want to heal.

Introducing the Rising Phoenix Membership

This membership is designed to give you what matters most: consistent support for your nervous system and your healing journey. Healing happens when you combine consistent practice with real connection and support. That’s what this membership is designed to give you.

It starts with a base membership—your foundation. This gives you access to the Nervous System Regulation Tool Kit and the Rising Phoenix Community, so you have resources and encouragement any time you need them.

And because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, you get to choose the pace that feels right for you.

Some people prefer one class a month as a steady reset, while others find that two, four, or unlimited sessions help them move through their healing more quickly. No matter which path you choose, you’ll have the tools, the community, and the support to keep moving forward.

It’s all about meeting you where you are, while giving you the choice to move as quickly—or as gently—as you want.

Breathwork has always been about more than just attending classes—it’s about creating real change in your daily life.

I believe peace begins inside each of us. When we regulate our nervous systems, we create calm that ripples into our families, our communities, and our world. This membership is my way of doing my part—and I’d love for you to join me. For breathwork sessions in Kansas City or on demand on our new portal.
